Suehiro is my favorite sushi / Japanese restaurant in FoCo! My husband brings me here when I've had a hard day and need cheering up, like today. Our server tonight, Hayden, was great! He is so friendly, and made us feel right at home. :) Great food, great service, what's not to love? We'll be back!!

Delicious food for a reasonable price! Casual vibe, interesting sushi and appetizer ideas. Restaurant is also very clean. Service was great! We had Bekah and not only was she super friendly but she had great recommendations for what we should try. I went with the Matt hatter and it was awesome! Will definitely return soon :)

I've been coming here often for almost 2 years now and it never disappoints! Amazing sushi rolls, miso soup, and cucumber/carrot salad. Ask for a chefs creation, which is always amazing no matter who makes it! The staff is also very nice and accommodating.

Love this place! They do have many gluten free options which are clearly marked on the menu... a big plus for me! Best vegan rolls I’ve ever had. The teriyaki is quite tasty too!

I must confess I haven't been to Suehiro since they moved from Old Town Fort Collins years ago. We decided to go today for something different. What a treat! My wife got the Dynamite Bowl which she said was super. I got the combo of Tempura, Sushi and Beef Teriyaki which was also awesome! The lunch special on both was $10-$11, which was for the amount of food a very good value. I also got the Mango Mojito which made my mouth water! I opted for the California roll instead of the other option of tuna, etc. as I am not too adventurous on sushi (no extra charge). They also have a large selection of sake that I would like to try next time. Great service and vibe for a Saturday lunch. I would highly recommend this place for the food, service, and location (Harmony).
