We came up this place several years ago while visiting NYC. We've been back 3 times since our first visit. Everything is fresh and flavorful, love the rustic setting. We also think the cheesecake is the best we've ever had, can't seem to find something comparable in the Philadelphia area. Highly recommend Piacere, always an enjoyable meal and experience.

Food is fantastic!! We tried a bunch of recommended pizzas around the city and this was by far our favorite!! It’s not greasy like most of the pizza that you find around the city. The ingredients are fresh and so deliciously put together. You can really tell that the owner/chef takes pride in his work. We also tried some pasta and guacamole bread. It was all so good!! We will definitely be back. Try some of the spicy olive oil on the pizza it’s really really good.

Thanks, Nate, for the amazing service! Adding shrimp to my Lemon Fettuccine was definitely a good call. Huge portions! And the garlic rolls are amazing - no surprises there.

The best REAL Italian pizza in the city hands down - Andreas was charming and helpful w great suggestions. He’s also the genius in front of the wood fired stove where he makes the pizzas. A hard working staff that make you feel like you’re in your own small Italian village!

The food was wonderful and the gentleman, Marco, was personable and courteous. However, the gentleman that came back to clear off our table was rude, when I made a request for bread. Apparently, he heard the 1st time and let me know as much. But, had he responded when I asked him the 1st time, I would've known that. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. Good staffing matters!
