Just stayed here for Labor Day weekend, hotel is 4 star at best. Please check in with Maria at the front. (SHE IS THE BEST) and get Miguel (GUY IS THE NICEST PERSON YOU’LL MEET) to get your bags. Any place that has food at this hotel is over priced (beware). All in all good but could be better.

We enjoyed the accommodations! The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, valet parking was great w/ minimum wait time for our vehicle. Had to call down for additional towels and washcloths, but got them within 15 minutes. Rooftop pool was fantastic! Only downside is that guests are not allowed to bring any personal drinks and coolers to the pool. We will definitely be booking here in the future. Great location as well!

We stayed during their grand opening. Really, this high end hotel deserved 5 stars, but understandably there were a few minor glitches in their operations on day one. The staff is incredible and I can't remember having a need to open a door for myself. When the weather warms up, visitors will have an easy stroll over to Baytown Wharf where restaurants and live music are available. This is a terrific hotel. If you visit soon, you will be among the first guests to enjoy this new facility.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay. But the hotel list itself as a 5 star resort and it was not up to par to that title. Average hotel room, very much on the small end. The pool drinks did not have great taste, food was good, but not 5 star. The same food was offered on the menu everyday all day and you will get yelled out by bringing your own food or drinks to the pool, so get use to ordering the same 5 options they give you for poolside food or room service. To top it off, the community cop stalks the pool. It really ruined the whole experience. He questioned what we had in our bag because it looked like a cooler. I watched him sprint over to a guy next to me who was packing up his family’s item only for the cop to respond “is this your stuff?” This hotel did not meet expectations. Not even close. Don’t let the rooftop pool fool you. It’s nice, but small and the same as any other pool. Also be expected to have a 20-25 minute drive to and from the ocean.

Stunning hotel! Food insanely expensive and not good enough for the price. No room service. Almost impossible to find if you arrive at night. Highly recommend otherwise due to high quality staff, hotel and accoutrements.
