Ecco is the warranty provider for the cart company I bought my cart from. They are supposed to fix my one year old cart under warranty and supply a cart. Always no problem in the past. This time they kept my cart for over 2 months while they had a falling out with the dealer...made me call the dealer and have my cart picked up. Dealer had fixed in less than a day and required no parts. After receiving my cart I realized they had charged me 3 grand in rental charges they supplied under warranty. Do not do business with these people. As others have mentioned they are crooks.

Employees at Ecco are great! They work with me Everytime I drop a cart off and try to get it back as quickly as possible! Need a Golf Cart Rental or your golf cart worked on, drop it off there, Jimmy and his team will take good care of you!

I have had them service 2 older electric carts in the past week and both experiences were wonderful! They are honest and upfront in pricing and I have experienced great customer service and FAST work. 10/10 would recommend
