Exceptional views of London from this exquisite restaurant. The service is excellent, the food is well prepared, beautifully presented, and delicious. I was thrilled to see a vegan option. The bathrooms are quite the design achievement as well as clean and attractive, offering all amenities. Do not miss the bathroom as you will likely never see anything like it again. Quite the experience. The Shard offers a lovely tea with a dessert tier tray that has scrumptious and delightful pastries. Something to please even the most jaded diner. You must make reservations as it is always crowded. It's a must do in London. Perfect for a special occasion or just to have a fine dining experience. I saw people in all manner of dress from casual to evening wear. Come for the view, stay for the food. Great restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Although it is pricey, it is not as expensive as I expected it to be.

Upon reservation I have been informed that a window seat might not be available but the staff saved us a table for two anyway. Which was nice. We've also been taken care of throughout the evening very well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Will definitely return in the future. Many thanks

What a stunning landmark! A must see London attraction if you're close by. You are up and down in second with the super fast lift. However, you can stay up in the viewing platform until it closes if you wish! The viewing platform includes a bar for the adults, a play area for kids (which includes a giant connect 4 set) and a candy floss machine for all. There are also plenty of souvenirs to collect on the way if you wish.

It was quiet when I went so I got a good view. The weather was clear too. Staff were friendly and the view was impressive. I wouldn't get the full £40 ticket because I'm not sure "fast track" makes any difference when everyone is going to same place. Just get there early! Recommended if you like architecture/photography.

The shard is one of the best architectures in London. There’s even a special area near the train to get the best view and picture. The best part about the shard is the location. It is right next to borough market which is definitely a must to check out! Really great foods there from all around.
