Knole House, Sevenoaks TN15 0RP, UK
The grounds are beautiful and such a fun place to explore with the little tribe my far better half has blessed us with. Many countless hours have we enjoyed wandering and playing among the woods and deer (which still amaze the young and old ones of us). The house is worth the step back into yesterday and very educational to help mold fresh inquisitive minds.
Great Nat Trust place to visit. Fabulous house with treasures accumulated by the Sackville family. Sumptuous bedrooms, furniture, paintings. Lovely staff in the tea shop & volunteers willing to share their knowledge with you. Well stocked shop.
Plenty of parking. The views across the weald of Kent a wonderful. Very interesting tour of the house. With someone always on hand to tell you about the history. Toilets are clean and the cafe serves a good cup of coffee. There was so much to see we are going to return to walk the deer park.
Beautiful open vistas, free roaming deer, well maintained. The park is open from dawn to dusk, but the car park opens a bit late in the day. Good place for families and picnic.
Great day out. Peaceful and beautiful. Lots of space and facilities. If you love history and clean outdoors I fully recommend Knole. Perfect for kids too
