The Wedge, Dolphin Coast, South Africa
Was very disappointed on my first visit to this restaurant. We had the butternut ravioli, however someone forgot to stuff a decent portion of butternut in the pasta. It was flat and tasteless. The pork belly was stated as Italian style, certainly not a choice I would make again. It was swimming in a red wine jus (pork- a white meat) on a bean puree. Probably the most unpleasant pork belly I have ever had. The prices are way above the level of the food and a second visit is certainly not on the cards. The service however was great.
Great food and great service. Will definitely become our new weekly local. Lasagna was amazing.
What a charming and fresh new vibe this restaurant offers, along with great food and excellent service
Gorgeous decor. Friendly, efficient and attentive staff. Food was awesome.
This place has everything going for it, great place, great menu and then they spoil it by serving a meal with fake chouriço. At 90 rand for a breakfast surely you can afford proper chouriço from a Portuguese or Spanish supplier??
