What I ordered was good, tasty and very nicely presented. The service however... let's say it can be improved. Nevertheless, I'll come back again.
I wanted to eat there this evening. The inside had many table of all sizes open. I was told no seats were available. I ate else where and on my way by again i notice still there were many tables available. I had money burning to spend evidently they pick and choose customers suitable to them. Kindness and making people feel welcome was not something they wanted to consider. It appears if a woman shows up alone she most be shown off outside and not allowed the comfort of eating in doors.
The service is awful. The hostess greets guests with a message that there are no tables available. If you ask when the table you like expects guests, turns out it’s like more than an hour from now. So you get sited. Waiters have no tables to serve as they are all marked reserved, but no one comes. Still they ignore you. You ask the hostess to send a waiter you way, she says Ok and sends no one. Than you catch someone and ask for a menu. Than repeat the same for the order. If you glass of wine if empty, no one will notice like forever. And yeah, the food is great. Hopefully the chef will find better place to work soon.
I have booked a table for a celebration. It was an amazing dinner with excellent food but average service. We were not very lucky because the table was near the bar so it was a very noise place to talk with your family. The name of the dishes are quite nice and the Joseph’ s interpretations are looking and tasting amazing. I believe it will be good to improve a little bit the wine list. The deserts are on top of my list from the entire Bucharest. Definitely a place where you will have an amazing food experience!
Fine dining shouldn't come with such slow waiters who make you feel like you're not welcome there. They were constantly staring and they gave out weird looks. The food was actually good, but a tad too much oil to the seafood disappointed me a bit.
