Great trail with astonishing valley landscape and a beautiful river coming down the landscape. It's easy to walk, but somehow hard to reach. We recommend renting a car, but heard about a possibility to come by bus+taxi (there are a lot of taxis waiting there).

Wonderful trail along the Paiva River. Arrive early and get ready to take a lot of wonderful pics, swim a bit if you want (depending of the season of course) and get some sore legs next day! If you’re visiting during summer check their website before buying tickets because sometimes they close the trail depending of the forest fire risk.

Amazing walking route, around 8km each way. Very pretty views, specially when near the river margins. Can get slippery on cold icy days. Make sure you take appropriate shoes and clothing. You must have your fitness on point for the whole route. There's a bathroom and bar at both ends and in the middle point.

An amazing walk, 8km along a beautiful canyon. Decked walkway for much of its length. Hundreds of wooden steps near one end. Spectacular.

We went on the best kind of day, it wasn't too hot and it was pretty cloudy, so we didn't get heat exhaustion or too burnt! The walk was pretty nice, calm, beautiful; a good exercise in nature that doesn't exhaust you out!
