Nobels gate 32, 0268 Oslo, Norway
Ayt real talk people. This place in the day is like any other big nice park etc calming and all that yea its cool. But the true way to view this place is at night. When it's misty. Preferably alone. While listening to Chopin. 8/8 creepy vibes.
The bridge gets crowded, particularly around the angry baby statue, but this park is really large and quite peaceful outside of the bridge and monolith. Lots of interesting sculptures and it is totally free to walk around and check out. Plenty of public transport options to get to the park. Another MUST SEE when visiting Oslo.
I’ve traveled to Oslo a few times and always make a point to stop here for an afternoon. A great place for a picnic, an afternoon stroll or just a place to sunbathe. The sculptures are beautiful and interesting to admire. If you’re in Oslo, I’d recommend taking a day to tour around this park!
What a beautiful place! I was lucky enough to see it on a sunny day. The sun and the clear sky create wonderful reflections on the statues. Big, flowery, fit for walking jogging and just relaxing
Very interesting park. Nothing like it anywhere else. One man's many sculptures of mankind from birth through death. Children are OK playing on the statues too. Surprisingly, not a bit of graffiti anywhere.
