Absolutely cozy café in the style of a Norwegian countryside place. They have a surprisingly wide variety of drinks and lovely cakes and baked goods. You can sit outside by the waterfall or enjoy yourself in the warmth homeliness inside the house. Don't expect to be served as quick as possible but with a personal touch.

I had a citron merengue pie there and it was so tasty! Cozy and relaxing cafe with local people. Worth visiting.

Lovely little spot by the river. Nice and charming. Good waffles, however I prefer when they are made to order. I cant stand the sauces in the little paper pots- just have a bowl and let people take what they need. Whole service experience could be more charming in my opinion. It’s nice to be greeted with a hello when you walk in.

This is by far my favorite cafe in Oslo. A lovely and cozy space with a beautiful history, surounded by a great landscape and with the best coffee and deserts. You just feel you're in a tale when you are there.
