A super delightful book shop. From music to movies, passing through culinary, architecture, art, children and design books and magazines. Calling this a bookshop isn't enough to describe the ambience and the offer they have. It has a cafeteria and a stationary shop included as well. Worth a visit.
Cozy atmosphere and great selection of books and magazines. A nice spot to relax for a cuppa coffee and do some reading. And the main plus is it opens late!
Excellent ambiance fitting the luxurious and well appointed atmosphere of Daikanyama. Books are mostly fashion, architecture and Cooking related. Traditional topic books are present, just not “center stage.” Plenty of seating exist around the Starbucks with additional seating on the second floor. Third floor has a more upscale eatery with a darker lighting.
This place is wonderful. Tons of books (in Japanese for the most part of course), two cafes for different budget, and tons of place to seat, study, work (no power outlet to charge a pc or phone though). The staff is nice and polite and the ambiance is relaxing with soft music.
A great book store. I wish they had more open areas and free seating instead of DVD rentals that no one uses anymore.
