Laughable service for an offensively high price. Rooms are tiny, don't provide functional air conditioning, the windows cannot open, The bathroom has no vent, it's not located conveniently around town, no where nearby for food unless you're looking to spend on fine dining. Guest services don't speak a word of English. I'll credit it with being clean. Otherwise, don't come here unless you're absolutely forced to.

Nice spacious room. 2 minute walk from the reconstructed kyoto palace grounds. A short stroll to the subway to travel to other places.

Way better than they even let on to themselves. Stayed for 6 nights, loved it.
