Excellent ramen restaurant! Their ramen is much thicker and creamier than most I have ever had, and quite flavorful. The restaurant is quite small, so there may be a line when you go. Just know that it is worth it!

Small cozy ramen place with only few bar seats. One of the broth is chicken based and it is extremely delicious. Noodle has great texture and the meat is absolutely tender and tasty. Has ginger and other ingredients for you to add to the soup afterwards to balance the flavour. Highly recommended. There's always a line so be prepared, the wait is totally worth it.

風見 in Ginza, Tokyo 🇯🇵 。 This ramen place is right next to 銀座 篝, and I noticed there was a long queue here when I was eating at 篝. So I couldn’t help myself and try this place today. And i was right to come here again two days in a roll. The pork broth 🍲 is thick and rich with a very strong taste of sake 🍸 . The pork 🐖 is also cooked just enough so it isn’t chewy. Everything is complimenting with each other. I couldn’t really say more, if you are in Tokyo and this is a must try. Very high quality ramen. I would particularly rate their sake one. It's very taste and full of umami aromas. The normal ramen with fish taste didn't really stand out from other things I've tasted. Their tofu is really tasty and comes with the standard sake. It's slightly grilled which only makes it better. As people say do go early as the line quickly formes. We were there at 1125 and waited half an hour
