I think that this is the most beautiful place in the world. So full of symbols. It's a pleasure when you walk in the little street and after you come in this beautiful square. The cathedral is so impressive but delicate at the same time. You have to see it to understand!

One of the most spectacular pieces of architecture I have ever seen. It is no wonder that this world's third largest church took over 600 years to be the fully finished masterpiece that we can see today. I unfortunately couldn't visit the inside due to the very long queue.

Absolutely breathtaking exterior. The line to get inside the chapel is very large, so come prepared if you want city inside. A better bet is to climb the Bell tower beside the main cathedral. You get essentially the same view, without having to deal with the large line. Climbing the Bell tower is somewhat challenging, so make sure that you are fit enough to do it. Breath taking views of the city of Florence from the top of either the Bell tower or the dome.

Beautiful cathedral. Exquisite work on the exterior walls. Exuberant night life around the structure. We were lucky to spot musicians playing some nice music at a square adjoining the cathedral. Queue to get inside the church was very long. Did not get a chance to explore the interiors of the church. Walking distance from the Unita tram station.
