Such beautiful grounds! The castle stairs would be a bit unsettling if it were crowded- so definitely recommend visiting when it’s quieter. Stop into the coffee shop and grab a cup of tea & hot chocolate in the converted barn - so charming & unique.

I highly recommend spending some time there on a nice day as all is outdoors. Climbing to the top of the castle is a great adventure. Some also kissed Blarney stone - idea of which is brilliant.

Just flat out one of my favorite days ever! Kissed the Blarney Stone.....walked in caves......saw a witches stone.....deadly gardens.....waterfalls....wishing steps! Happy memories made here in this magical place.....And now I have the gift if gab!!!!!

Beautiful landscape. Nice gardens and walking paths. Definitely a great place to spend the day and have coffee. Within walking distance just outside the castle is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and green space for kids to run around. Parking is 2 euros only accepts cash. Entrance fee is 18 euros, I think 14 for seniors they have student rates as well with your ID.

Lots to look at and beautiful surroundings. Took an hour to get to kiss the Blarney Stone which didn't leave much time for doing any walks (was a 2 hour stop). Would have liked a full day there. Would recommend.
