its good to know and show our forests & flora &fauna of our state. a nice place to visit and learn more about the forests and animals. This forest is maintained well and must see place. Lake is also beautiful and full of water. Beautiful to see. Needs little more facilities like drinking water in the middle & a shelter some where.

Amazing place to get submerged in nature. I have been to Bandipur Tiger reserves 8-10 times and every time it’s a different experience... Once, I was lucky enough to spot a Python and other time could see only fresh pug marks - tiger just vanished into thick forest and could feel the bushes movement. Forest Jeep Safari Drivers are very well trained, courteous and always curious to show best to the visitors. I never missed seeing elephants, deer’s, stags, eagles, peacocks and bisons deep inside the forest.

The ride through the road is really wonderful .. on both sides we can see a lot of greenery.. it gives a cool sensation.. mornings would be ideal for enjoying the beauty... We can also see a lot of animals like deer on the way... There is strict restriction that one shouldn't stop the vehicles and get down on these roads to avoid threats from the animals.. I think they have high fines for this...

Just love it !!! Ideal time to enter the ghats is early morning.. which 6:00AM that when the check post opens... Make sure you guys don't make any noise or get down from the vehicle... Maintain a speed of 30kms per hour.... So that you won't miss any will life... You will spot a lot of deer, elephant, bison and peacock's... Best season is non seasons to visit ghats which during August and September...
