Wonderful. Stay here if you can. It was one of the highlights of our month away in Europe & Scandinavia. So good we stayed longer than planned. Thank you, Myriam 🙏🫶

Where to begin... our favourite campsite for our campervan by far. Stayed here late feb 2019. Called a few hours before arrival. 4x4 or AWD is recommended as the road can become slippery from snow or ice. The facilities have undergone a recent renovation and are stunning. Heated floors, 2 toilets, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a living room to enjoy. Homemade icelandic crafts for sale. A very genuine experience. We had the entire place to our self, nested between the mountains under the beautiful night sky. Of our 11 nights in iceland the only one in which we saw the northern lights. Myriam was a pleasure to speak with, she even let us pet her horses which was a highlight for us. I wouldn't go back to Iceland without coming back to Guesthouse Skeið.

What a wonderful stay. Miriam is a great host. The kitchen facilities are great and the showers were nice. Very clean. You could tell she takes great pride in her guesthouse.

Cosy guest house with top notch facilities, nestled in a picturesque valley. It’s about 20 minutes drive from Dalvík - we rang ahead and the owner gave us great instructions. The nicest camp site we stayed at in Iceland!
