Rock and Roll museum about 13km from airport, highlights local artists. Helpful staff. Beware everything in Iceland is a bit pricey. Easy place for visitors to order a taxi too/from.

So small, so few exhibits. I understand pride in homegrown artists, but many of the exhibits focus on what was happeneing elsewhere in the world of music and how Icelandic artists assimilated. 40% Björk/Sugarcubes, 15% Sígur Rós and Of Monsters and Men. I had no clue who anyone else was and I listen to a lot of different kinds of music.
