Haukadalsvegur 371, Búðardalur, Iceland
Excellent. Great combination of physical display of a Viking longhouse with a historical narration from a knowledgeable guide. Atli who narrated for us is great. Even looks like a Viking. Rain who mans the ticket booth is also very knowledgeable and gave us a good introduction. This is so much better than the “Hollywood” version of the Vikings in History Channel
Quite enjoyable, although a bit pricey. The hut is just a reconstruction, a very good one. I really enjoyed sitting by the fire, listening to the stories of vikings, sagas and old times of Iceland.
Nice turf house. Nice anecdotes given by the storyteller inside. The site is small. I feel that the price is too high for the site (especially as it's not clear what you pay for).
Great guides, great place, so interesting. Very nice with us tourists even when we ask dumb questions about Island (sorry for that) you're great people!
Loved everything. The guided tour Was so vivid and clear. So nice.
