We rented a room to spend christmas, and before coming I sent and email asking some questions -- which wasn't answered. You don't get to join the thermal baths if you rent a room, you just get a 4 euro discount (I was paying almost 100euros/day and they made us pay to join the pools). When we were leaving, they made us clean the room (it was as delivered to us) otherwise 50 euros would be charged. When I told the responsible I didn't know that, she said "it is not my problem", because it was in the contract (in french). The problem was not the contract, but the way that we were treated. I don't reccomend this place at all, what a horrible experience.

What a disappointment!!! Facilities are small and packed. Noisy, busy...Impossible to relax. Very expensive absolutely not worth it. Horrible place. Unfriendly staff also.

Nice variety of jacuzzi, a steam room and a sauna. I enjoyed a good relaxing massage and they also have fun aquafitness classes.
