The basic requirement of a taxi company is that it should arrive when booked and take you to your destination on time. It also should not take your money (for a pre-booked service) and then keep it. Even worse is when the company tells lies and makes excuses for not returning the money. Jam Transfer fails on all levels. The taxi to the airport didn’t arrive. When I phoned up they promised to arrive in another twenty minutes – we would have missed the plane! I asked for a refund and was told I could have one. Later in email correspondence the company said that the taxi arrived on time but picked up the wrong people. No it didn’t – we were on a residential street and we were the only people there! Three times we were told that a repayment was being processed. Each time it didn’t arrive due to ‘the accountant not receiving the instruction’, ‘somebody away on leave’ and then they stopped replying. This is theft! Other reviewers seem to have had a similar experience. The company claims to be ‘international’ but it is run from an office in Kastela on the edge of Split and sends taxis to the French Riviera in the summer. This is not a company to trust if you need to get to the airport! Currently the Inspectorate of Tourism is investigating this complaint.

Booked a driver online to take me from Saint-Tropez to Nice Airport. The price was slightly less than other sites and booking was very easy. My driver arrived early and got me to the airport safely and quickly. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend to others!

The company cancelled the service one day before. Only 14days later could get refund back. Not recommend.

Awful taxi service! We called them to meet us at the airport and the driver was late for half an hour, he came and did not even say hello or apologize. Then we called them to take us to Nice and back. The driver was late again for half an hour, no one called to warn us about being late. The driver took money from us for a trip in one direction. Nobody came back to pick us up and did not answer the calls. The letter wrote that we were wrong with the date and the driver called us, and we allegedly did not answer, although we, of course, were not called. I do not advise anyone! Absolutely not professional service!
