Amazing views in the evening and during the day is very crowded. To the more adventurous out there, go along the walking path, which is on the right hand side of the beach (when you look t the sea). If you continue walking you will notice quite a lot of stairs leading down and usually down you can find some small rocks where you can lay your beach towel or jump from the rocks into the water. Some of these places even have a little ladder, so you can get into the water easier. If you continue walking along this path you can reach a bigger sandy spots and even a small beach. It is worth venturing for a day across this line, as it is real fun.

Breathtaking beauty every where you look. Walk past the beach along the edge of the water for semi- private areas to swim and enjoy the sun with a perfect breeze. Water felt cool at first but you quickly get use to it and can float effortlessly in calm beautiful waters.

The beach really stands for it's name. The sunset is absolutely stunning (as it is at other spots). It's very beautiful in general, though very touristic. I was only bothered by the music that was permanently playing. It's not very big so you might want to be early to get a good spot. I can definitely recommend it, but at the same time I'd say the sunset is even better from the small "hole in the wall" right at the old town. Still sunset beach is a great spot to even stay the whole day.

Beautiful, clear water. Stony beach but sandy once you get past the shoreline. You can rent chairs for 100 kunas each (about $15 or a little less than 15€). Shops, food, hotels, car rental nearby (walking distance). Short walk to Bus 6 which takes you to & from the old town. Easy to relax but if you are looking for seclusion this is not the right place for you. I didn't remove a star for that because it's not supposed to be secluded, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Beautiful place to enjoy sunset. Very calm and peaceful, and importantly not too crowded. There are beach loungers for guests and visitors. Friends and family can hangout or take a dip in the beach. Recommended time to visit is 6pm until 8pm
