One of the best hotels on the Black Sea coast. Very elegant interior, good spa and beach front. The wide beach is sandy and very clean. Service is excellent. Breakfast is variable and delicious with a great choice of dishes. Although the hotel was sold out the feeling is that its almost empty because there is plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and to relax. Very good sound proofing of the rooms and the party halls. Even when there are weddings with loud music the rooms and the premises are absolutely quiet and enjoyable. Very clean rooms. This is my third visit and every time I have a really exceptional time in this hotel.

Very clean hotel with perfect location, just at the end of the Sea garden and just a few steps from the main walking street. Comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful stuff. The hotel restaurant can offer you a delicious food. The spa center is very good, too. A perfect stay for couples and for families. Strongly recommend.

Nice pool but lacking in the basics like gym (you have to pay extra!) No bottled water in the room and a leaky shower/ wifi that often didn't work

The hotel is beautiful, but the staff working here is the most awful and rude staff i have ever seen in my life! we stayed here for a weekend and we booked one of the apartments. The room is very nice. The staff at the pool can only roll there eyes if you order something and to bring it to your table is to much to ask and they just leave your food on the floor! then the SPA these people just screamed at us that we had to leave the spa because rules are rules and leave right now. (It was not even time for closure ) The Piano bar can only play Bulgarian music and refuses to also play what everybody likes. DO NOT GO HERE! there are better places to stay in Burgas and cheaper! with better staff. Thank you for the reply, and it is Miss and not MR! Plz see your comment in 2018 you will change the mentality of your staff, now it is 2019 and still this is the most rude staff ever. It is such a shame of this beautiful hotel.
