We had our wedding at Sault on the 23rd of November, 2019. It could've have been a better experience! Jodie (the event manager) was perfect and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The service was exceptional, the food delicious and the venue is simply gorgeous. We can't thank them enough for such an amazing wedding experience. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing dinner at Sault. My favourite was the beef eye fillet and the strawberry desserts. A backdrop of amazing landscape and beautiful lavender fields. Staff made an error during our orders and missed my wife's 2nd course, but it was probably an honest mistake. Nevertheless the delightful dishes and awesome landscape makes it worthwhile.

Hubby and I stumbled across Sault in our quest to out-do each other as to who could find the best surprise restaurant for each others birthdays. He won! That was about 10 years ago and since then it has been our 'go to' restaurant when taking family and friends out for dinner / lunch. The food is superb and seasonal so there is always something new - spring/summer is completely different from autumn/winter, which is good as it gives you a good reason to go back again and again. The welcome and service is warm and friendly. In all the times we have dined there, not once has there been any complaint. We live over an hour from Sault but it is well worth the drive to dine there.

Thank you very much team for a fantastic night. The food, environment and ambience is amazing and I'd highly recommend this venue for anyone lucky enough to come past. A special call out to Peter for going above and beyond to look after us.

We had dinner at Sault and we really enjoyed the evening. We had a 3 and a 4 course menu and the sizes were very good. We both were more than satisfied. The surrounding was very nice as well (lavender, a small Chappell and a lake)
