Long walk up, views were good though. Castle itself is not that great compared to others in the region - pretty much just a restaurant. Similar views and a better "ancient" experience at the monastery of the 40 saints!

The view is amazing and dramatic, the food not so good you can find better restaurants. But the view makes the food taste a bit better tho. The waiters is very kind. They had even a live Albanian performance! You should visit the place when the sun is going down.

It has a breathtaking view up there. The impact would be stronger if you order a glass of wine along with it!

Amazing views. We came here on cruise ship excursion and were amazed. Beautiful views. Be sure to get picture with guy just inside gate. Printed in a few minutes and a lovely souvenir of albania for just a few euro. A bargain compared to cruise ship pictures.
