Booked a suite with a patio and had a confirmation email indicating that room type. After checking in, we were given a room without a balcony. When we went back to the front desk, we were informed there were no suites with a balcony. Paid extra specifically for the balcony. Room was nice. Staff could have been friendlier.

We rented out a two-bedroom villa with patio and were very happy with the service and amenities. Great that the place had 2 bathrooms and all the equipment you could imagine. Luigi was amazing and accommodated all our needs. He got us a nice crib for our baby and extra beach towels. Had a lovely stay and highly recommend the place.

Great facilities. 3 restaurants, 4 pools and a beach. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the lobby barman was great to chat with.

I booked an apartment with two rooms. The apartment was dirty and delivered at 4pm rather than 3pm as booked. I've been coming here for 4 years and though the facilities are great the service is getting poorer. The shower was not cleaned properly and hairs were visible. I will not be returning next year nor recommending this hotel to family and friends moving forward.

Nice good looking hotel. The hotel's beach was great. Altough people reserving all the front row sun seats at the beach and not even showing up was a bummer. Customer service was mostly good except a few workers but i guess that one is on the workers and not the hotel. There was only 1 elevator per side ( A & B ) which was sometime pretty frustrating. Rooftop terrace was nice! With some modifications to the beach seat policies and better info for people it would have been better. Overall its a good hotel.
