We love visiting this venue for concerts. Great location, easy in and out, great food options just right outside and a really nice hotel right by the center. I highly recommend you visit this venue for a concert, I believe you get an amazing view from just about any seat. We just saw queen and it was incredible. These pictures do not do justice to how the center feels..... it’s big, but intimate at the same time.

The atmosphere was great for the Alan Jackson concert. Sound was really good. That did surprise me. Getting in and out was good too. From my first time visiting venue the parking was convenient. Would not suggest waiting to last minute if unfamiliar with the roads...over all a great experience for concerts ...

I've had one of the best experiences of my life at this place. I went to the Guns and Roses: Not in This Lifetime Tour, and had the time of my life. Literally on the last seat of the Spectrum Center in Charlotte I enjoyed the concert as if I was on the stage. This place has a great acoustic. You could feel every song and every note that the band played. And even though I was like a mile far from the stage (I'm kidding) I could still watch the show very good. They have big screens to help you with that too. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff very nice and friendly too. I recommend this place 100%. And also the GNR concert: Slash is even better now! 🎶🎸💥❤

My children and attended the Disney on Ice show featuring Mickey's search party. We were in section 114 and the seating was nice. My children really enjoyed themselves were able to see the show up close and personal, it was was a exciting an experience for all of us. The only cons were the $9 bucket of popcorn that tasted burnt, the $25 Disney cup that came with flavored ice but wasn't filled to the top and lacked enough syrup. Overall we had a good time and will be back for another show.... we will probably pass on concession stand for now on though🤷🏾‍♀️

This is a great venue! Ease of parking, minus the self help kiosk and the normal long wait time. Staff were helpful and lower seats are great! Food/beverage vendors are pricey so skip this and eat/drink somewhere else before and after. Enjoy!
