I have lived in Raindance Resort four years now and every year the rent for the lot has gone up. They say it’s for the improvements and water and sewer, funny cause it goes into a septic tank not a sewer. I am a full time resident not a snow bird. Seems to me this place caters to the Snow Birds more so than the full time residents. I as a full time resident have not seen all these improvements they are talking about Most of which were here when I moved in. I must say the noise level living on the side by the sixty is ridiculously loud at times with all the traffic, now it’s only going to be worse with the camp ground going in. This park is not really all that for the lot fee’s to keep going up. The Park as a whole is not that bad but can’t see the lot rental fee’s keep going up except for greedy money hungry owners. So buyers beware. Plan on sharing this on social media.

I like the park but the lot fee is going up every year. This year alone there is a $30.00 total increase. I feel sorry for the residents that have a fixed income who will not be able to afford it eventually. Has me rethinking.

The walkway in front of this mobile home park is horrible. It is impossible to navigate. With all the money they have spent on sand...gravel...dirt...etc...they could have easily paved it. Made it easier for us walkers and people with mobility issues...but they don't. It is hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen
