Food was amazing. Low on the spice. So if you like spicy pizza, jazz it up with Red Pepper Flakes. Service was great and food was fresh. It would of received 5 stars, if they had a more robust selection of toppings. Also, the carryout menu is what is listed online. So prices are different for eating inside.

Lombardi's is like visiting an Aunt and Uncle who cook great food and don't know how to use a credit card. The pizza is reasonable in price, same with the appetizers. I enjoyed the meatballs and a pepperoni pizza. The service was great, with a very clean atmosphere. The "cash only" restriction sucks. I'd go back, if I could use my card

A great pizza! You know when it's a great pizza right? The cheese gets long and doesn't break, you can feel all the flavors of basil, oregano, tomatoes and so on! It just feels fresh and great! That's what this is! A great pizza and a great piece of pizza history! But it also ends there. The prices are high and they do serve drinks in a plastic glass, the beer is expensive as well. 33cl Peroni (Italian normal lager beer) 9$ when you normally buy it for 6$. Kinda outrageous but other than that it was good! Okay staff and service, nothing special to be honest both in good and bad so to speak. The decor and atmosphere feels a bit dated also.. For me, this is one and done. It was great but nothing I will go back to for a long time! I would rather go back to Roberta's in Brooklyn to be honest.

This place is history standing. The first pizzeria in the US, est. 1905. I have been dying to come here after hearing the podcast on pizza from Stuff You Should Know. Food is damn good. I was surprised by the clam bake pizza but wow great pizza right there. You should go and relish in history

Pizza was good and the beer was cold. It was worth the wait. Bring cash, cards are not accepted. They do not have typical New York pizza. It's Neapolitan pizza: crispy crust, slightly doughy/chewy and mozzarella cheese with toppings options.
