Want to pay a premium for sushi that smells like fish, will not melt in your mouth and comes as the tiniest roll in Seattle? I recommend this place if you can't make it downtown or Capitol Hill. But next time I'm going to Metropolitan Market. I've ate sushi in Japan and all over the country, this is a step up from places called Happy Teriyaki.
I love Kisaku. It has the best sushi! The lunch time Bento Box is fabulous and the service is fabulous. You won't be disappointed.
First Time here and Hopefully not my last. My niece took me here for dinner during my recent visit in Seattle. Some of the best sushi I've ever had. Very fresh sashimi. You can definitely taste the high quality and freshness. The Japanese uni was the best. Sweet and Creamy. Service was very attentive and welcoming. Located in a residential neighborhood area, street parking might be a problem at times.
I had some mixed feelings about this establishment. The restaurant was clean and we were seated promptly. It however had a somewhat cold atmosphere, the wait staff although prompt seemed slightly aloof. The food was good, but I didn’t think the quality matched the price of the food. My husband said his sashimi tasted as though it was previously frozen, the tempura however was very good.
Absolutely amazing. Some of the best and fresh sushi I've had in my entire life. I spent the entire day there trying new food and getting acclimated with the sushi bar. An great experience that I would recommend to anyone visiting Green lake.
