An amazing place to stop in for any type of snack or grocery. On vacation from California, enjoyed sampling a bunch of different foods. The food is fresh, the vendors are friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely. I would have liked to have tried on of the bars near the sides or the location. Very cool social atmosphere.

Most shops were closed on holiday. You won't find the touristy shops you get in Boqueria, they have mostly high quality produce in the shops. I bought some great spices in one of the shop. The roof is also amazing. Five stars if most shops were open!

A wonderful public Market with a pub with great service. Just a fine assortment of fresh foods in gorgeous arrays. Very pleasant atmosphere with cordial service.

Beautiful building to visit and go to one of the few tapas bars within. Note that this market is mostly for fresh produce so you won't find many 'market food stalls' here. You can grab a great fresh fruit smoothie though

Picturesque place but mind your personal belongings. There was an attempted theft against me but the Police was there to protect me. Many thanks to the police officers who were there and arrested the person who had targeted the tourists.
