Hired a road bike for 5 days to get some cycling in whilst on holiday. Staff were very friendly, helpful and they accommodated my bike fit asks (fitted my pedal extenders and swapped saddle for one with a cut out.) Bike (BMC Disc) was well maintained and I had no problems after clicking up ~4000m if climbing over the 5 days. It comes with spare tube, pump etc. that I didn't need to use. As an added bonus, they have a nice changing area with sink, towels etc. so you can dress back in "real" clothes after dropping off 😀 Fantastic service, I will be back next trip here and would reccomended to all.

Bike Point store - located in Las Americas. The staff is very kind, sensitive, professionals in their field. I think that this store is the best I've seen in my whole life. And I rode a bicycle almost all over the world. And only in this store, I realized that such a great service. Thank them very much for that!

Great hire experience, just rented from bike point again after 5 years. Good range of bikes at reasonable prices, and John handled a big order with multiple hotel drop off and pick ups well. I've hired bikes in various places around the world now and this was the best experience I've had!

Fantastic, picked up a BMC Teammachine today and they had all ready when I called, all my details from last year on file so a nice easy collection, more time to ride 😁🚴‍♂️
