Iconic hotel in Bergen center, close to tourist attractions. Entrance to lobby impressive. Fantastic breakfests and lunches. Rooms small. Due location in city center can be little loud at night. Clumsy layout of corridors.

New and clean. Would give 5 stars if there was more room to move in the breakfast buffet. Another negative is the open shower solution that makes sure everything in bathroom is wet after showering. Location is great. Check in and checkout was flawless.

I've been to many hotels. but this one is the best of hotels !!!! super nice 10/10. the beds OMG so good. breakfast the best ever. and the staff is the best!

There is no better location within Bergen than this hotel. It is Located right down the main drag of Bergen, near all the shopping area and restaurants. The hotel is upscale, clean, pretty, and nice. When you first enter the hotel you immediately or within the restaurant and bar area, which is very swanky and Posh. When you go upstairs it is a check in area and another lounge where you can get drinks and relax and sit around. The hotel is pricey, but completely worth it because the rooms are clean and beautiful, and it also includes a beautiful buffet breakfast with an amazing spread of food. This was probably my best breakfast buffet experience ever. The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is very friendly and nice. I think it is worth it is well worth the price to stay here. I also had a room with a balcony where you could overlook Bergen and see the beautiful sunsets, which is actually quite late in the summer time.

To put it simply, this was one of my best hotel stays ever. This hotel has perfect location, very friendly staff, spacious and very well decorated rooms, top notch cleanliness, a huge breakfast buffet and no street noise. Thank you for making my trip to Bergen a perfect one!
