Good location. Bad reception people. I want to arrange a taxi to airport right away. But they gave me other peoples booking. But have good time with staying and other service in hotel are good.

Had many flights before finally reaching the hotel. Stairs to travel to room is fine, but a toilet window with no curtain is ridiculous. How does one shower with less than half the window covered? Especially women? I don't know is there a trick that maybe the Norwegians shares, but I am absolutely speechless about this.

Loved this hotel. But they didn't provide coffee in rooms. It was available info reception for free though.

We didn't stay there, but met people in the lobby who were. The free coffee was excellent, and we got some tourist guidebooks to boot. Our friends said that they had a really spacious, nice room, but I can't confirm this. Close to everything.

Excellent location, close to the piers to embark for the fjords cruises. Good breakfast. Room a little to small.
