New Regent street is a great place to visit for a Coffee in the sun while enjoying the architecture of old. The many coffee shops with seating outside are great. You can hop on the tram here too. We tend to continue though tramway lane to the central city. Great part of Christchurch to walk around.

This is one of the great parts of Christchurch with heritage building's. Done quirky bars and cafes and one of the best Ice cream places in NZ

A really unique little corner of Christchurch. Great place to get a coffee and mooch around. Full of interesting small shops and eateries. The tram line runs through there but you are better off to walk it. I'm really happy that the earthquakes didn't ruin this area.

Very beautiful and great to see colourful heritage buildings remaining in the city with the tram still running through
