Super delicious and inexpensive food. Nice to see more than just pasta on the menu. I had the eggplant parmigiana and it was amazing!

This place is the perfect place to go have a snack and a drink. The atmosphere was really relaxing, staff very hospitable and the food was really good. If you’re a foodie or like deep fried things, this place is for you! Very cheap as well.

We were staying in TRASTEVERE in August, and stumbled into this place. It was absolutely delicious! We went back twice within 3 days. The gentlemen working were kind, and even brought us a free sampler. Very unexpected, but it was as tasty as everything else. It’s cheap eating, quick, and unique. Not very healthy as everything we had was fried, but a nice change of pace from other Italian.

Reading that suppli is a must eat in Rome, we made a special trip to the place. We were there just before noon, so we could get a table to enjoy yummy suppli with our drinks, and watched the shop fill up with food tour groups and other travellers. Fried cod had a generous portion.

If you like fried unhealthy snacks and you don’t need veggie options then this is your place. The name: so accurate! (You dont have to eat to know that a fried ball of food is not what one would call healthy. The attitude of the staff also not the best. Hopefully they start making healthier options, add more vegetarian and/or vegan options or just smile and be a little less rude)
