Lovely market for both daily market produce and ready to eat options. Different stalls open at different times so do check in advance (produce stalls open earlier/some ready to eat stalls were closed when we arrived around 11:00) Highly recommend the slices of pizza (thicker base but big bubbles of air due to the longer than usual proofing so not too heavy) and salumi/cheese stall (run by a lovely old couple) but we didn't really have time to try everything... I'd definitely return with an empty stomach and around midday next time to catch both types of stall open!

Had a private tour of the the entire market and it's history. Every stall was unique, everyone was friendly and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend getting away from the tourist areas and visiting this gem.

Quiet market selling things from produce, shoes and a few restaurants. I wouldn't come out of the way for shopping, but if you're near the area Altro Pasta (Box 77) makes really great handmade pasta. I ordered a Carbonora with drink for under €5! Nice chewy texture, delicious! It's a neighborhood joint with other places to eat nearby. Seems only 50% of the "boxes" were open this Monday noon.

Very nice market with lots of stalls to buy fresh fruits, vegetables and pasta. Also some of them offer for to consume there like sandwiches and pasta. I do recommend the pasta from "le mani in pasta". I ate a portion of think ravioli stuffed with ricotta and truffle and it was outstandingly delicious!!!
