It's great to get to know Iceland's delicacies at restaurants but it's even better to learn about Icelandic food traditions by cooking the food yourself.
A unique culinary experience – where you cook a 3 course lunch from fresh, local ingredients and then relax and enjoy the results with a glass of wine! Our Cook & Dine class does not require any prior culinary experience and we pride ourselves in catering for all needs, gourmet cooks and novices alike.
At Salt Eldhús we limit our class size, making the environment intimate and inviting. Our approach is hands-on. Participants work together to create each dish. At the end of the workshop, we all sit down at our big farmhouse table and enjoy a delicious meal that you have prepared, accompanied by a well- earned glass of wine chosen by our sommelier.
The Cook & Dine class is also available as a private class, both for lunch (class starts at 10 am) and dinner (class starts at 5 pm).
