The waitress at this restaurant provided us with amazing service and the food was great. The potato leek soup was a highlight of the meal and all of the sauces and gravys were complex and well done. I would recommend this place if you are in the neighborhood.

The most interesting, friendly and pretty traditional restaurant I have visited. The staff are incredible, the history & decor enthralling, and the food wonderful. We even received a tour of the old basement and a gift upon leaving.

Really good food, however their speciality, the pork slices, was really dry. Not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be, or if we got sth old, but we didn’t like it very much. The rest of the food was really good and the staff nice
