Five stars for the great view of the ships coming and going from the harbor. Four stars for the food which was pretty good. Zero stars for the service which was lousy. You have to go looking for your server to get anything. Not once did he stop by to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else. Our bill was completely messed up so be sure to check before paying.

The worst experience of service i have  had in Croatia. We arrived at 11:40 and waited 30min. to  order and then the barkeeper told us that from 12 p.m. they don't serve coffee. THEY HAVE ONE PRICE AT MENU AND CHARGE ANOTHER. BE AWARE. Would not recommend to anyone.

The food, drinks and setting all warrant a 4/5 star rating. The service unfortunately is a 1 star at best. It is nigh on impossible to get the attention of the waiting staff and when you do, the orders take far too long and often forget items that you've asked for. This was our experience on two separate occasions which is a shame. Investing in staff training would really take this place to the next level.

This is perhaps that last place you should stop for a drink or something to eat while in Split. It is unfortunate given the amazing venue this establishment has! The service was virtually none existant and the employees at the restaurant are extremely rude, especially when provided with feedback regarding the poor customer service. I hope they're able to find employees that will allow to truly live up to the amazing view.

You won't get service here. The view is nice and the Moscow mule I had was on point but I was waiting for over a half and hour for a server to come so I can order food after having to get up and speak to someone at the bar. They have a really cool set up for parties but look elsewhere if you're trying to get food.
