Very big hotel with great congress halls. It's clean and comfortable. Next to the hotel it's thermal riviera, really relaxing place for adults and kids to. It is free for hotel guests and not expensive for other people... Elevators are fast so even hotel is high, it is easy to get everywhere... very close is small shopping center so you have everything you need on one place.

This is a very nice place with awesome rooms and great spa. Also there is a lot of parking space and it is very close to the main roads and highway. This hotel is great for organizing events and any kind of congress. It has a sky bar with very nice view to the airport and lower part of Sarajevo. Maybe they should change a chef, because the food had strange taste.

Ok this seems strange cause I was not extremely happy with hotel amenities but given the price, this was a great, great deal. We paid 100 euros per night and the rooms were entirely new, beds very comfortable, staff very friendly, everything was brought up to the room without question, large bottle of water per day, parking was free!! However, breakfast and dinner was not satisfactory at all. I mean, spaghetti for breakfast? It was not very tasty or nicely presented. The pool was old and dirty. But given the main task of a hotel (sleeping) they did perfectly fine especially given the price and location.

Beware of their scam: one night we were trying to open the window in our room and it fell out of the frame. We didn’t do it in any forcible way, we were just opening it. The window glass didn’t even break. The next day the hotel staff came to our room, placed the window back in the frame and… we were presented an invoice for US$ 800! Mind you, this is Sarajevo, a local guy would be happy to repair that for 20 dollars. We asked to see the invoice for the repair they paid but they said they don’t have any invoice, “it’s just their estimate of costs”. We said we won’t pay, as (a) we did not do anything wrong, we were just opening a window, (b) the window did not break and (c) putting a window back in the frame by no means costs 800 dollars. They said if we don’t pay, they will retain our passports and we won’t be able to leave the country. We contacted our embassy but they said that because Bosnia is outside of the EU, the hotel is able to pull off that kind of scam. In the end we had to pay those 800 dollars to get our passports back. Be careful and travel safe!

Nice hotel, nice food, welcoming workers and beautiful rooms. Nice place to stay or have any business meeting.
