We had very good and tasty brunch. Excellent service. You can’t book so better call before if you don’t want to queue for long!
The focus of this shop is NOT customer service. They smile and say "monsieur" and "madame", but they move very very slowly. When a product is missing they simply smile and say they cannot help. When the charge card function does not work they simply smile and say they cannot fix it. They spend a lot of time chatting among themselves, even with a long queue, instead of serving customers. So, a lot of smiles, but not a lot of service.
Very bad coffee experience. I ordered cafe latte take away - girl had no clue how to make it. Milk was almost boiling hot. After my feedback she made a face to me and they even were explaining that how the cafe latte has to be! 🤦🏼♀️ never order coffee there - my recomendation
I loved it. The place is cosy, with lots of greens, the brunch is very well presented and the food pretty good. A bit expensive but worth it. It's better to have a reservation... :)
Great choice if you fancy a 23 euro salmon sandwich advertised as "Nordic brunch". Misleading menu: there is a big difference between a brioche and a bagel, but the staff will reassure you it's same thing, and generally have a "what's your problem" attitude. Will certainly avoid in the future.
