Quite lively and fun night market. Though you won't get a lot of verities of stuffs, there are a lot of souvenirs and local items shop. Many of the giftables are Chinese made stuffs. Should have some more options for local and unique handicrafts. Food is definitely awesome. Do try the avocado smoothie and rolled ice cream. Specifically the girl near the corner where the two entrances meet makes the best smoothie. We didn't try the seafood. But there are a lot of live counters with super aromatic food.

This is another must visit place if you are going to Phu Quoc. Here you got all kind of local street food and they are cooked on the spot when you order them. Me and my friend enjoyed it here because of the variety of food you are able to try and each of them tasted awesome. The best way for you to know if the stall food is good is by looking at the crowd waiting for their food or how many people are ordering from that particular stall. Most of the time you would need to stand and eat next to the stall. There are a number of seafood restaurants around the area also and the one way to know if you are going to get fresh seafood is to look at their tanks outside and see if their crabs, prawns, fish especially are alive. Overall its the experience of walking around and enjoying the local street food

Phu Quoc night market is one of the best places to visit on the island, the market gets crowded at times. We went twice in July once during the week and once during the weekend. Both times we had seafood in the restaurants which I would suggest looking around at the restaurants as restaurant we picked on the second visit was better than the one we had food in the first time. There is teams of people selling peanuts of many flavours make sure you try plenty (garlic I would avoid) they are not pushy and the peanuts are very nice (well some of them) We had no issue with any scams during our two visits but where careful with our processions at all times.

Amazing place, an Aladdin's cave of delight and temptation, the sights sounds and smells are truly Vietnamese. A paradise for food lovers, especially seafood, everything that you can imagine and things you can't can be found here, a kaleidoscope of colour and movement that amazes and overwhelms the senses. An experience not to be missed.
