Excellent cave experience and boat ride easily organised at the boat terminal. Incredible limestone structures covered in pristine jungle are a real treat to boat through. The only negative is some slightly pushy drink and ice cream touts upon leaving the cave. It's probably an ideal time for an ice cream anyway.

Quite disappointed with the service. A photographer accompanied us to insist on taking photos for us for $1 each. We couldnot go inside the cave further than 500m due to the high water level. The stalactites were quite good, but not as beautiful as that of Paradise cave. However, the route on the river with spectacular mountainous view was worthy except for the noisy boat engine.

There are a lot if tours going through here, expect pushing, shouting and tour guides using megaphones. The cave itself is very impressive. Some of the cave is off limits at the moment, due to high water levels.

Very interesting cave and one of the cheaper experiences in the national park. We split a boat with a Vietnamese family so ended up paying nz$13 for a scenic boat ride, boat trip inside the cave and walking inside the cave. The whole tour lasted about 90 minutes. We went around 4:30 and it was pretty quiet compared to earlier in the day, only a few boats out. Compared with other activities in the park this one is great value for money and a must do if you are in Phong Nha.
