5 star resort. Reminds me of Vail/ Germany. Valet, very clean rooms. Cookies at turn down and all the drinks in the room are complementary. Pool is heated and has full service with someone who greats you as soon as you go out there. The Havana is right there with a bar, you really don’t even have to leave the resort. We will definitely go back!

Elevator didnt wok for 3 days. No one answered phone downstairs. Bar was shut off to guests at 9pm sharp. Food was horrible. Eggs out of a container and potatoes out of a frozen bag. Mold all over the ceiling in the room and smelled like a locker room. Very snobby woman bartender. The entire down stairs restaurant reeked of propane and the concierge said everyone comments and blamed it on the gas lights outside. Ridiculously expensive, lousy food and service. Completely dissatisfied. More like a 1 or 2 star. Oh, and they mention they are 4 star every chance they get! Waste of money. Valet guys were great. Maids and ice guy were great.. thats it

The restaurant manager Ryan Clarke was very rude and constantly used "covid" as an excuse for everything. It was very annoying. A large part of the reason we chose to stay at Pearl was because of the restaurant and bar. All of the other restaurants we have visited in Rosemary have been excellent and usual but it's obvious that Ryan can not handle the least bit of stress or anyone who disagrees with him. With an attitude like that he should not work in the restaurant industry. Gerry D'Alessandro

Words cannot express how much my husband and I love coming to visit our friends, who are becoming family, at The Pearl! This was our second visit, and it was no less amazing than our visit in August. A true highlight for us both of the times was getting to know the wonderful team that makes it all happen at The Pearl. They gave it all they had to make it a memorable and special week for us!! Very special shoutouts to our friends (working from front of the building to the back) Brooke (guest services)- What a sweet angel!!! Thank you for your love, kindness, and friendship. She is a bundle of joy and made us feel so welcomed and loved!! Brooke was wonderful in her role! Holly (hostess)- We loved to see sweet Holly again!! Always so kind, full of love, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. So professional and expert at what she does!! Charlie and Kyle (guest services) thank you!! Very professional. Cameron (valet)- we were so happy to see you again!! Top-notch! Professional and kind! Cagri (valet) - We loved getting to know you even better this time!! Such an awesome, kind, professional man. So happy we are friends! Mandy (Havana restaurant)- Mandy treated us so well! We really enjoyed lunch time with her taking care of us. :) Daniel- we had so much fun talking to Daniel in the elevator for the first few days!! And then it was so fun to see him around. He did a wonderful job and treated us with so much kindness. Christian (banquet manager)- Top-notch service and kindness. Christian- you are so good at what you do!! Puts his whole heart and soul into serving others. He made us feel very loved and welcomed us back so warmly! Jyl (rooftop)- Jyl knows how I feel about her!! She is our long lost sister. :) So grateful for the connection and friendship we share. Jyl always goes above and beyond to make us feel loved and special! Roxanne (served us at the pool)- another gem!! So kind and lovely!! Really took excellent care of us. Ram (served us at the pool)- Ram did a great job!! Very kind, professional, and attentive. Greg (beach)- so fun to see you again! Thank you for taking great care of us. Ethan (beach)- such a cool guy! Was fun getting to know you, and my husband enjoyed talking about cars with you. :) Everyone did an amazing job- so I am so sorry if I missed mentioning anyone!! We love you all, and are such assets to this wonderful facility. Room: The gulf view room we stayed in was just perfect- light, airy, clean. We felt like we lived there, we were so comfortable! :D Beach: Perfect!!! Food: so good! We love the A.B.L.T. :) We enjoyed the hot tub and pool every evening and making new friends there with other guests. :) We sure didn’t want to leave!! It is our favorite place in the states. Thank you again for everything!! We are already planning another return trip. :D We love you all!
