I had a great time out on the river with this company. It was mostly hands-off, just taking you to the river, giving you the gear and picking you up at the end. The spot we went to was really fun with some mild rapids and some great areas to swim. Don't expect to be coddled but if you can handle a kayak you'll have a lot of fun.

We had an amazing time on the river! They did a great job explaining where some of the small rapids were located and how to navigate them, and the instructional video was very informative for those who have never been on river rapids before. The views were amazing, and we were lucky with the excellent weather! They also explained their experience with having dogs in a canoe during rapids,so we were thankful for that, as we had our German Shepherd with us. This was truly an amazing addition to our vacation, and we will definitely be back if we're are in the area again.

Fantastic place to learn rafting and tubing with children. Come in early and it easily takes on till 3. Fantastic support staff who check u in and explain u the procedures. Even the bus captain was cheerful and helpful. Very organized and well managed. Great to place to have fun when in groups.

Wonderful river to kayak. The water level was very low in Oct so some of the rapids were a challenge. The location is a tough place to find! Google Maps may give you wrong directions. Try the address of 6502 S Page Valley Rd.

There are many pluses here at SRO. We have camped here over the last 15 or so years. Overall, we enjoyed our 4 night camping stay... but this time we have two negative comments... first, the 11pm quiet time needs to be observed. When a mom, justifiably starts screaming at 230a, 'shut the *bleep* up, you're waking the kids'... we have a problem. It was inconsiderate that this particular group was non observant to quiet hours. Secondly, the shower stalls are pretty nasty, with tons of mossy algae growing on the walls. This could easily be rectified with some bleach, a power washer, and some scrubbing. It was clearly obvious someone hasn't been properly tending to the bathhouse. I am only dinging SRO a single star for the bathroom... it wasn't their fault some dweebs showed up to camp and make a ruckus.
