The 2.8 mile walking/bike trail around the peninsula in the park is the best spot for clocking in those 10,000 steps. The pathway is just steps from Lake Washington, shaded by towering trees. In certain seasons, eagles are perched on the trees at the northern point of the park, and in summer you can watch the rowing teams from the nearby Mt Baker Rowing Center working out. Parking can get tight on weekends and nice summer days, but there are good restrooms and some nice picnic areas too.
Huge parking lots are right outside the park. It’s also beautiful and awesome for boat watching on Lake Washington. Great place for a run, stroll, or just day outside.
Seward Park is pretty cool . There's rabbits on it different birds I saw a coyote this summer on it . There's eagles in the tree all the time . it's a sweet place to visit with your family and friends . Lake Washington is right there to go swimming there lots to see just walking around it or through it on the trails . I love this place . There lots of parking places . #love
Great park ! It's possible to take a walk all around it and in good clean days we can see Mount Rainier very well. Many picnic spots and a clean beach.
I come here every year for seafair and parking gets very tight. Would really plan ahead!
