Brandi and the rest of the team at Serenity by the Sea spa are the BEST! I brought a group of 10 women for my bachelorette trip after booking in advance with Brandi. They made the process so smooth and relaxing. I didn't have to worry about a single thing because they had it all handled. For large groups like that, it can be chaotic but they handled it amazingly. Not to mention the services we booked were INCREDIBLE. I will absolutely be returning every time I am in the area. A new staple for me.

Eve and her husband Chris are great... They give the best pedicures in town! They are always super friendly and take great care of you! Definitely give them a try!

Giving a five star review due to the Spa Director Shanelle Lucas. She is a true example of respect, dignity, class and being an educated director of a business! Thank you Shanelle for rectifying an experience that was ruined by Brandon! Brandon is a loose cannon and he should not be allowed to treat customers with the kind of inclusion he portrayed! He is a liability to you and your Spa.

My girlfriend and I both had services Saturday morning. The facial was the best, the massage was OK. But we were looking forward to being able to relax in the spa and use the hot tub, steam room, sauna.... but a large group of ladies came into the spa- they were allowed to be loud, we were asked about 15 different times to take their pictures, they made it nearly impossible to "social distance in the spa, they really disturbed the entire spa setting. My girlfriend and I had just ordered a bottle of champagne that we ultimately ended up leaving in the spa just to get away. We mentioned at the front desk as we paid for our services we were leaving because of how disruptive the large group of ladies were- but nothing was done or said. Its a shame we were cut short of our day we planned for so long. I do think the disruptive group of ladies "ran out" more then just us that afternoon.
