The works here are breathtaking. The staff were so informative and helpful during my visit. Left there knowing a great deal about art than what I did before. I knew there's things to learn about art history, but wow it really blew my mind coming here.
Great space and laid out in an easy to follow (if you wish) pattern. The exhibits were clearly defined, rooms spacious and art accessible. A bit pricey but we spent most of a Friday here without getting bored or feeling repetitive. A couple of blocks away from Pike Place it’s totally worth the walk.
This Museum is wonderful and has a wide variety of pieces. The staff were very warm and helpful. I gave a four star rating instead of five stars because the all gender restrooms were difficult to find and not accessible. I also feel that the gift shop should have more art themed items and items that have the museum’s name on them.
Nice museum in the heart of town. They do an interesting pay what you feel is appropriate pricing system with recommended prices on the lobby board. The people working and volunteering there were quite nice. Gift shop has some nice kitsch. The art on display covers a broad section of cultures and time period and was a nice peek into different art styles.
Love visiting here! The size is great for a day trip, there is always an interesting roving exhibit and a variety of art styles from around the world. The staff are friendly and the place is easy to get to by mass transit or by car with an attached parking garage. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys museums.
